Respecting the rights of others

Filing a copyright (DMCA) notice
If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice through our contact page that includes all of the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on Calculator Matters where the material is located.
- Your name and contact information (so we can reach you).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

What happens next

Counter-notice
If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice through our contact page including: identification of the removed material and its former location, your contact information, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your signature. We may restore the material as permitted by law.
Repeat infringers
We may, in appropriate circumstances, restrict or remove content from users who are repeat infringers.
