Need to report a calculation issue?

Use the contact form or email us at our contact address with the calculator URL, inputs, and expected result — see how reports are handled below.

How error reports are handled

Accuracy reports are the highest priority. Include the calculator name or URL, the exact inputs, the result you saw, and the result you expected. We reproduce the issue, then classify it — a formula error, an input/unit error, a display or rounding issue, a content error, or working-as-intended (usually an assumptions difference, which we then state more clearly).

We correct the formula, input handling, or wording at the source, re-run the calculator's mapped checks where available, and update the page's review date after the substantive fix. Missing automated coverage remains visible in the publish gate. For a fix that changed a published result, we note what changed so returning users understand why a number may differ.

We aim to acknowledge reports within a few business days. As a small operation we cannot promise a guaranteed response time, but accuracy reports come before everything else.
